For change-of-mind returns, products should be unused, undamaged and in their original condition, subject to applicable statutory consumer rights.

UK online consumers generally have a statutory right to cancel eligible purchases within 14 days of delivery, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying us.

AHG stands behind the quality of its premium headphone accessories.

We offer a 365-Day Return or Replacement Guarantee on eligible products, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We also provide a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and faults.

If a product develops a confirmed manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.

Our limited manufacturing warranty does not normally cover damage resulting from accidental damage, misuse, improper installation, unauthorised modifications or normal wear and tear.

Our voluntary guarantee and warranty are provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights and do not restrict those rights.

Customers who purchase AHG products through Amazon may also contact us directly regarding our extended guarantee after Amazon's standard returns window has closed.
