3. PLACING AN ORDER

6. CANCELLATION & RETURNS

Customers may return eligible products in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy and applicable consumer law.

Returned change-of-mind products should be unused, undamaged and in new condition, subject to any statutory right customers have to handle goods to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning.

UK online consumers generally have a 14-day statutory cancellation period for most goods, followed by a further 14 days to return them after notifying the seller.

7. PRODUCT WARRANTY

AHG provides a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and faults on its products.

If a product develops a confirmed manufacturing fault during this warranty period, we may provide a replacement or refund, subject to the terms of our warranty and applicable consumer law.

The warranty does not normally cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper installation or unauthorised modification.

The AHG warranty is additional to, and does not limit, statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

8. PRODUCT INSTALLATION & USE

Some AHG products require the removal or installation of headphone components or accessories.

Customers are responsible for following any installation instructions, videos or guides supplied or made available by AHG.

Unless required by applicable law, AHG is not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect installation, misuse or modification of products.
